Harold Lowell grew up in York at the Randall Farm off Bartlett Road. He was emloyed and retired from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Moved to Schoodic Lake, Brownville, Maine until his death

Ruth (Moulton) Lowell, married Harold Lowell and resided after marriage on Southside Road. Ruth grew up in York, the daughter of Timothy F. and Laura J. Moulton. They had two children, Glenda and Richard.
